It is also recommended that School Reps enrol onto the Leadership Programme provided by the Students' Union Learning and Development team. This will allow you to build your skills further in order to become a great School Rep. School Reps should always be present at Student Rep Forums, if these take place in that school. A full list who the school reps are will be posted shortly......
School Reps are Student Reps representing students at School level. Each Academic School has a number of School Reps, who will attend School Academic Boards.
Prior to these the School Reps will go through the School Synoptic Report (prepared by the SU), and raise issues from it at the Academic Board.
There will also be a Student Rep meeting with the Vice President Representation at least once a term, and School Reps may also meet with VP Representation on an individual basis throughout the year.
There are also further opportunities for School Reps to be ambassadors for the School and Students' Union at appropriate events and meetings throughout the year.
