Have you been wondering if there are solutions to labour dystocia?
Join us to hear from Molly ‘O Brien about the wonders of biomechanics and how it can help resolve difficult and long labours. She will discuss midwifery education, training, and research related to the biomechanical element of birth whilst making the connection between A&P to understand the causes of labour dystocia.
Practices and evidence that hinder or support physiology will be discussed through an interactive session using breakout rooms and birth stories where students will be provided with information to better enable normal physiological birth.
Molly’s experience and continued contribution to education in this area is growing rapidly and it will be such an honour to hear and learn from her. Her full bio is available here: https://optimalbirth.co.uk/index.php/about.
The session will run for 2 hours from 10am - 12pm via Zoom. A link will be emailed a few days in advance.
Tickets cost £8 for members and £10 for non-members.
