Join us to express your experiences as a disabled or neurodiverse person through art!

No matter your art prowess we would love for you to come along and have a go to help use create a small exhibition of work by disabled students.

This event is part of Disability History Month and you can find out more about SUBU and BU's plans and how to get involved here.

Event Accessibility

This event is taking place on the fifth floor of the Student Centre which is wheelchair accessible. There is padded seating, an accessible toilet on this floor. We aim for the sound levels for this event to be low but if you take some time away from the event then we welcome you to do so. For more information on the accessibility of the Student Centre, check out the AccessAble guide on the building. Please reach out to subudemocracy@bournemouth.ac.uk for any questions about the accessibility of this event or if you'd like to attend but struggle accessing events alone, we don't want anybody missing out. 

Event Photography & Videography

At the event, photos and videos with be taken. These images will be used by SUBU to share news about our events and publicise them in future. By attending you will grant SUBU the rights to use the resulting images and videos. This may include, but is not limited to, use in printed publicity, social media and on the SUBU website.  They will be stored securely. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please speak the event organiser who you will be able to identify with a SUBU staff lanyard..
