A quiet and relaxing space to escape the hustle and bustle, great if you're experiencing sensory overload!

The Calm Zone is open every week day during Week One and Week Two, from 10:00-16:00, in a quiet discrete location, but still in the heart of the Talbot Campus. Work on a jigsaw puzzle, enjoy some mindful colouring, de-stress with gadgets and cubes and create some Lego masterpieces.

Here's what previous students have shared:

"It was very calming to have an opportunity to relax emotionally, just sitting and playing cards allowed me to de-stress"

"I feel so much better, I can go back out there now!"
