In this uncertain time, it's really important for the BU Community to look after themselves. This includes your physical and mental well-being whilst working from home.

When working from home you should follow these tips:

  • -Create and stick to a routine
  •  Stay hydrated
  • Take regular breaks
  • Try a home workout/ yoga
  • Stay in touch with friends, family, and colleagues 

 

Things to do during down-time: 

  •  Call/FaceTime a friend or family member
  •  Home workouts and stretches
  •  Create a feel-good playlist
  • Write a list of movies/ TV Series to watch
  • Look back on some of your favourite memories
  •  Practice self-care with a facial or manicure
  • Play some online games with your mates
  •  Or... whip out the boardgames
  •  Practice your baking
  • Get stuck into a good book
  • Meditate
