As a Stock Processing Assistant, you’ll be working behind the scenes to sort donated goods and get them ready for sale in the shop. You never know what you’ll find, so part of your role will be to keep your eyes open and help spot the hidden treasures amongst donated items. This role can help you develop fantastic retail skills for your CV and enhance your customer service skills.

Training available
With some roles, you may have the opportunity to become a Lead Volunteer or to gain a nationally recognised qualification (NVQ). Lead Volunteers are trained in all aspects of running the shop and can deputise for the manager, so this is a fantastic opportunity that would really enhance your CV.
