AFC Bournemouth travel to Newcastle this weekend as they begin their FA Cup campaign.
Andoni Iraola’s side reached the Quarter Final stage last year, losing to the eventual runners up Manchester City.
The Cherries travel to Newcastle who themselves were knocked out by Brighton in the fifth-round last year.
The last FA Cup meeting between the two came back in 1992. The Cherries won on penalties after a 2-2 draw at St. James’ Park.
Andoni Iraola is yet to lose to Eddie Howe as Cherries manager, and he will look to continue that record on Saturday afternoon.
Both teams are coming from wins in the Premier League with both games being won by dramatic late winners.
Antoine Semenyo scored a 95th minute winner in the Cherries’ 3-2 win against Tottenham.
Harvey Barnes scored a 102nd minute winner in Newcastle’s 4-3 win over Leeds.
Iraola will be without Justin Kluivert who had surgery for his knee issue on Thursday.
The Cherries will also be without Antoine Semenyo, who completed his £65 million move to Manchester City on Friday.
Iraola said: “I think he has been very professional. He has been training every day, no complaints.
“I’m really pleased for him, and I wish him obviously all the best also.”
In regards to team news, Iraola has said the players out injured against Spurs will remain out this weekend.
There are concerns over Evanilson and Enes Ünal after they finished Wednesday night feeling uncomfortable.
Here is how we think the Cherries will lineup on Saturday!
