One World Day is a celebration of the wide variety of cultures that exist at BU thanks to it’s amazing students including you! This year's event is happening on Tuesday 20th February in and outside the Student Centre on Talbot Campus
Check out the video below to see last year’s event…
We are hoping to make this year's event even bigger and better than last year and to do that we need your help! There are a number of ways you can get involved to make One World Day the best it can be…
Host A Stall
Cultural clubs & societies as well as students are welcome to have a table at One World Day to share their culture in an interactive way be it getting students to try on traditional dress, try food or an activity. If there are multiple people looking to represent the same country or culture we will connect you so you can collaborate! Each group that hosts a table will be reimbursed for expenses up to the cost of £30.

Take to the stage
We’re looking for students to perform on the day and showcase their culture - this can be anything from playing a traditional instrument to performing a cultural dance. As a thank you for your time and energy, and to cover any potential performance costs, there will be a £30 compensation for each performance.
