Lock in Your Student Accommodation for September 

If you’re thinking about where to live for the next academic year, you can now book your place in BU’s halls of residence.  With the pressure around cost-of-living expenses, finding somewhere affordable and reliable can feel like a lot. That’s why BU have opened their halls open for all returning students – so you don’t have to be a first year to secure your room.  

 

Why choose halls next year?  

Your rent covers all utility bills, high-speed WiFi and an optional annual bus pass. This means you won’t have to split bills between your housemates, and there’ll be no surprise charges halfway through term. We know student budgets don’t work like everyone else’s. In halls, you’ll pay your rent termly with your student finance payments. You can also choose a 40 or 42-week contracts, meaning you don’t have to pay for accommodation over the summer break.  

Living in halls means that you’ll also have access to support within your accommodation. There is 24/7 onsite support, along with a maintenance team to ensure things are fixed quickly – and at no additional cost. The team even provide parcel collection, so you’ll never miss a delivery!  

ResLife also provide wellbeing support and a calendar of social activities within halls, meaning you’ll have a ready-made community around you and a team that’s got your back.
