If you're a Bournemouth University student, you're automatically part of SUBU. We're here to make your time at BU better - whether you need support, want to meet people, try something new or make a change.
There's more to university than your course. SUBU is here to help you get the most out of student life, whatever that looks like for you.
SUBU is led by students, for students. Our four Full-Time Officers are elected by BU students to represent your views and make sure your voice is heard. They work with the University and beyond to campaign for change and improve the things that matter to students.
You can also get involved directly – whether that's becoming a Student Rep, standing for election, starting a campaign or simply sharing your feedback. You can join a club or society, get involved with Nerve Media, volunteer, get free support, or simply have your say. Whatever you're into, there's a place for you at SUBU.
