What to expect
The Queer Wardrobe is a safe place which allows students to explore and experiment with their gender presentation!
Students are encouraged to donate unwanted clothes, accessories, and gender affirming clothing and can take anything they want for free, provided they are a member of SUBU's TNBIGI+ or LGBTQ+ networks. Students who are not members of these networks are allowed access to the Queer Wardrobe in exchange for a small donation towards the TNBIGI+ network's Gender Expression Fund!
Please be aware that event runners will not, under any circumstances, expect you to provide evidence, or otherwise unwillingly disclose your TNBIGI+ or LGBTQ+ membership to allow you access to the Wardrobe, this system works on a trust basis. Please inform an event runner if someone attempts to force you to disclose your membership or in makes you uncomfortable in any similar way.
