This is the BU form for booking seminar rooms, lecture theatres and meeting rooms on campus. The room bookings team know that Liberation Officer room bookings are important and will process them as quickly as they can. Make sure you have a risk assessment completed for your event as well. As well as booking seminar rooms and lecture theatres, as a SUBU representative you are able to book a number of SUBU spaces, including a table in the Student Centre, outside the SUBU Shop, the 5th floor of the Student Centre, a table in BGB or the SUBU space at BGB. There may be a number of processes we have to complete behind the scenes to make this happen, so you may not receive an instant confirmation of your booking. SISO is the system for booking some of the equipment that SUBU has, such as iPads, SumUp card readers and speakers. If you need any of this equipment for an event, it will need to be booked through the system and can then be collected from SUBU Reception. Open SISO.
