Former Premier League manager Harry Redknapp helped turn on the Christmas lights in Westbourne for 2025.
With the final weekend before Advent underway, towns across the nation are preparing to illuminate their streets with bursts of festive-spirt and Christmas cheer.
Westbourne kicked off its Christmas lights switch-on in style, with the help of former Bournemouth manager and I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! winner Harry Redknapp.
Mayor of Bournemouth, Councillor Jackie Edwards, was also in attendance.
The event began at 5:30PM, with Christmas Carols and plenty of community spirit.
Families, friends and local residents all gathered in numbers, eager to be part of the celebration. Shortly after, Harry Redknapp stepped up to centre stage, smiling as he was keen to share few warm words, before the crowd eagerly joined to participate in the countdown.
As countdown hit zero, the lights burst into life, prompting a cheer from the festive crowd and officially marking the beggning of the Christmas period in Westbourne.
Soon after, Children rushed to meet Santa Claus himself, while football fans took the opporunity to snap some photos with Redknapp.
The night proved a huge success, filled with fun, festive spirit and community cheer - the perfect way to welcome the start of the holiday season.
