Welcome to the SUBU Boardgame Society,
If you love playing boardgames and making new friends this may be the society for you. We will be hosting weekly boardgame nights in term time with an array of games.
Please see our current game library for more information about what games we have. If you don't see a game you want to play you are welcome to suggest which game we should add next or bring your own game to play.
When and Where
We will be hosting a game night weekly every Monday night (starting 12th October 2026) during the Academic terms from 6:30pm-9:30pm on Talbot Campus, Poole Building, room P423.
Events
We will be hosting a Catan qualifiers tournament for Colonist in semester 1! If you should like to partake please let a committee member know as there will be limited spaces, stay posted while we finalise the date, time, and room for this event.
We are hoping to host another escape room at a discounted price in semester 2. To fund this we will be hosting a fundraiser event which is yet to be determined. If you should like to partake in the fundraiser or the escape room please stay posted while we finalise date, time, and venue for these events.
