The “You’re Brilliant!” Awards are a way for students to recognise any staff member that they feel is exceptional, have gone above what is expected and has therefore had a positive impact on them during their time at BU.

There’s no award criteria. As long as the submission falls within the terms and conditions, whoever you’ve selected will receive a “You’re Brilliant!” Award.  Any staff member can receive an award, from admin staff to bus drivers, café workers or lecturers…your options are almost endless!

All award winners will receive a "You're Brilliant!" Award certificate via email. The certificate includes the winner's name, an explanation of why they are brilliant and (if they do not wish to remain anonymous) the name of the nominator.
