Bournemouth triumph away to Birmingham

Late second half goals from Dominic Solanke and Jaidon Anthony secured back-to-back away wins for Scott Parker’s Bournemouth.

The emergence of the youngster will bring reassurance to Parker and Cherries fans as it shows the depth they have amongst the squad. Last season’s star man Arnaut Danjuma is now confirmed to leave for Villarreal, but the departure does not seem as daunting as it may have done seven weeks ago thanks to the form of Anthony.

The result was an impressive one from the Cherries as they came up against a tough opposition away from the comfort of the Vitality Stadium. The focus and determination from Parker’s side provided supporting spectators the assurance that his ideas and demanding elements were being received well by the team.

The Cherries return to the Vitality Stadium this Saturday as they host Blackpool, hoping to continue their impressive start under Parker.
