Max Aarons is set to return to Andoni Iraola’s squad as Bournemouth play Everton at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The right-back has been missing since the Cherries lost 4-0 to Liverpool after suffering a hamstring problem.

However the Bournemouth manager confirmed his return as well as giving updates on Lloyd Kelly and Luis Sinisterra:

“We have bad news with Sini(sterra) obviously he is injured he’s out, Marcos (Senesi) continues out he has been unable to train with the group still. Lloyd Kelly has started training with the group this week, Max Aarons is normal he is available and will feature in the squad. We continue with Ryan Fredericks out and we have to check the ones that have arrived today (Thursday)”.

Lloyd Kelly could also return to the squad for the game this weekend. The defender has been out of action for over a month with a hip flexor injury, but Andoni Iraola says that is is unlikely that he will return straight away.

“He’s training with the group he’s started training but it’s difficult for me to say today if we have a place in the squad probably, he has a chance, but it will depend also in other situations.”

Iraola also provided an update on Luis Sinisterra, and his chances of getting into the squad before the end of the season.

“I’m more optimistic. I think it was a clean strain I think he will be out some weeks but I saw him even after the injury he came back feeling like ‘okay I will spend my time obviously recovering’ but I think he will be available before the end of the season and still will play some games with us I hope so.”

Bournemouth will play Everton at 3pm on Saturday, with a win able to move them level on points with Fulham in 12th and 17 points clear of the relegation zone. Iraola said that the next two games are crucial for the Cherries.

"I think it's an important week for us, important week. And I think they are not easy games the ones we have starting from Everton I think Everton is a team that beat us in a good way when we played them they were more physical than us they were smarter

I would probably say it's the worst game we've played obviously we need to improve a lot because most of the players will be very similar in both teams and they were much much better than us in the first game we played against them."
