My brain is a mess but the socials won't be ;)
As a generally nervous person, I found coming to university very daunting and before joining the Ballroom and Latin society I was finding it difficult to be motivated to stay. Joining BLDS transformed me and grew my confidence. My goal is to give new society members a safe place to grow their confidence and to meet new people in what can be an extremely stressful and scary experience. The social opportunities in the past year have brought me out of my shell and introduced me to some of my best friends and I want to give others the same experience.
