Hi! I’m Amelia, a 3rd year PR student. Some of you may not know me – understandable! Over the past year, I’ve been on placement at L’Oréal, and although I may not have been physically present, I guarantee you that I have been there every step of the way supporting your BUDS journey. I would love to be your co-president, to give back to the society that has impacted my life in such a positive way; maintaining a space where we can share laughter, tears, our passions, and support for one another.
If I were lucky enough to be your co-president, a few ways I aim to expand our opportunities, is:
- Offering more advanced teams
- Organising more dance workshops with professionals
- Attending a wider variety of competitions regionally
- Greater integration and collaboration between all teams
From leadership to team-work, organisation and communication skills, these are on par to my absolute passion for the society. I have never experienced a bond like the one I share with you all, and I promise with dedication to continue to build on the legacy that is BUDS and create an unforgettable year.
