- Fair: Push for more transparency in committee, more fairness in teams during sessions, and no biasness in varsity trials.
- Inclusive: Continue engaging all members, making Benchball fun and welcoming to new and returning members alike.
- Resolute: Actively stick to my duties of listening to members' feedback, getting back to the members swiftly, and assisting the society unconditionally.
- Motivated: Stay fully committed to Benchball and continue attending all Benchball events with gusto to be there for the members and the committee alike.
