I aim to:
- increase number of competitions attended
- promote southern university competitions
- provide an environment where all our members can improve
- assist the new events manager in competition organising
- create a fair and easy system to register for comps and team match
From my experiences in the society over the last 2 years, I feel I am qualified for this role as I have shown my hard working ethic in organising Bournemouth Competition and my commitment to attending regular classes. I have experience in organising entries and numbers for not only our society but 4 other universities and this is a key skill to bring to the TC role.
As competitions are stressful, I feel I can be uplifting and supportive to all members through training and comp days and would make accommodations to make members more comfortable.
