I want to provide a safe space for newcomers to learn and grow, whilst still delivering rewarding sessions for experienced members!
I believe I'd be a good VP because I am outgoing, approachable, a strong leader, and love to teach.
I want the VP to be more than just a teacher, I want the VP to be an engaged leader. Someone who supports the committee, taking on various responsibilities whenever needed, ensuring a strong community where people feel safe to grow.
I would also:
- Organise regular performances to improve stage presence, helping confidence growth, and reducing anxiety
- Continue Thursday sessions where experienced members could hone their skills without starting from the basics, teaching more advanced improv
- Introduce a Session Leader role
