I’ve got 99 problems, but counting ain’t one of them.
I believe that my presence as a treasurer among the committee will have a positive impact, as I aim to work with the other committee members to create a fun and inclusive society. My plan as treasurer is simple and consists of transparency and teamwork: I will make sure our finances are up to date, in terms of member payments, and ensure that all financial transactions are transparent. Finally, in the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s “I Have a Dream” - a dream of keeping the books in credit, to chase outstanding subscriptions, and to party hard.
