Info about our Edinburgh Trip:

• We have secured partial funding from SUBU to perform a free show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this August.

• We are applying to do five hour-long performances with PBH Free Fringe, who manage show in Edinburgh for a 'free model': no venue hire for us, no admission fee for an audience. In return for this, we will be asked to help at the venue. If we don't get a show with them, we'll find another arrangement.

• We are reliant on PBH for our exact dates, but the festival runs for the 2-30th August, and we can submit a preference for the latter half.

• We will devise a show together as a group, with initial ideas discussed at the Longform session on the 5th April.

• We will also aim to get 20-25 hours of in person rehearsals in Bournemouth this summer.

• We'll stay in a hostel for six nights and we'll arrange travel according to the locations of the people who sign up.

• For BU members, we are asking for a contribution of £100, split into a £25 deposit now and a £75 second payment in mid-may once more things are arranged.

• For associate members, as SUBU cannot subsidise your costs, we are asking for a £25 deposit now and £260 additional payment in mid-May. The additional £185 you pay is the cost of your accommodation.

• Food and drink is not covered in your ticket cost.

• If for any reason the show can’t go ahead, you will be refunded everything. However, if you commit to dates and later pull out, I don’t know much we’re going to able to refund you.

• Registration and deposit opens this Monday 29th and closes Wednesday 7th April - we have to close sign up after this time so we know who is coming.

• It's really important to us that cost isn't a barrier to entry, so if for any reason you want to come but can't pay the £25 deposit before Wednesday, please please please message me (Will) and we can sort something out. I would hate for payment deadlines to be the reason you can't come.

• Monday 29th March: Sign-up and deposit payment opens.

• Monday 5th April: Discuss show details at Longform.

• Wednesday 7th April: Sign-up and deposit payment closes.

• Monday 17th May: Second payment due once arrangements confirmed.

• Late June/Early July: In-person rehearsals in Bournemouth, TBA.

• 2nd-30th August: Edinburgh Fringe Festival dates. (We will submit a preference for the latter half)
