Week 3: Mindful meditation and reflective journaling.Please join us and mindfulness coach Rosa Hearnshaw on this special five-week course exploring techniques to build your very own mindful nature connection practice. The course covers mindfulness basics, simple and easy nature connection activities, meditation, walks, journaling, poetry and tea! Course continues into February.
