SportBU Welcome Weekend

Event: SportBU Welcome Weekend
Date: 30/09/23 & 01/10/23
Times (Both Days): 10am – 2pm

Description:

This is an opportunity for BU students to come and see all services SportBU offers. We will even be showcasing the new Strength & Conditioning suite, plus rehabilitation services, available to all students going forward. There will be back to back gym tours both Saturday and Sunday, and we’ll be offering free tasters of our new social sports on Sunday 10am-12pm. We will also have our official kit supplier on site selling leisurewear, merchandise and playing kit on the day and this will be the last chance BU & AUB students can purchase the early bird annual gym membership.

On top of this, over 1000 students will affiliate to over 50 performance sport teams. These students have attended trials for each of their represented sports and have been chosen to represent Bournemouth University for 2023/24 as part of the TeamBU family.

Bookings are not required for any of the days activities. Just turn up on the day and see what exciting sports, health and fitness products and services you can make the most of this year!
