What is the BRIT Challenge?
The British Inspiration Trust (BRIT) is a UK registered charity which exists to support young adult mental health and fitness throughout the UK by delivering the annual BRIT Challenge.
To support the BRIT Challenge, SUBU is working with Bournemouth University to report positive mental health and physical activities in order to raise funds for The British Inspiration Trust. By working together, you will be improving your mental health, and at the end of the challenge BU will be donating £2,023 to the BRIT Trust.
What can I do?
The theme for the challenge is 2023! We are asking students and staff to come together to report their activities in the lead up to Random Acts of Kindness Day on Friday 17th February 2023.
Choose any random act of kindness from our list of 23 and report that you have completed it by Friday 17th February HERE which is Random Acts of Kindness day.
