Here at Nerve Radio, you get the opportunity to host a weekly radio show that gets broadcast online and in the Student's Union. From top hits to quiz shows, you can personalise your show to best suit your interests, gaining technical and professional skills along the way. We broadcast Student shows 9am-9pm and have one FM broadcasting week a year!
We offer technical and OFCOM training to all presenters, to help support you through starting your shows and build strong, useful skills to put on your CV!
As well as opportunities to interview local bands, charities and more, you can get involved with the Student Radio Association's events and Awards! Previously, Nerve Radio has participated in Charity events such as a 24-hour radio broadcast with other South student stations. We also host regular social events, so you can get to know our other presenters and make new friends.
