Please note that our service remains open but all our appointments will over conducted over the phone or email, with immediate effect.
This is in line with Bournemouth University guidance in light of the current coronavirus pandemic.
We will still run our drop-in service from 2-4pm, but we ask that if you would like to speak to us during that time, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a call back. We will require your name, number, snumber and enquiry type. We will then call you back from a withheld number between 2-4pm.

Please note calls outside of our core hours (10am - 4pm) will not be answered – unless this has been pre-arranged with an advice worker.
