Support the technical crew to setup for the TEDx event, including sound, lighting, and AV equipment.
Technical Assistants will work under the guidance of the Technical Crew Lead to ensure equipment is properly arranged, tested, and operated during rehearsals and the event.
Tasks may include setting up microphones, cameras, audio lines, lighting fixtures, and assisting with troubleshooting. No advanced experience required; training may be provided.
This role has time commitment expectation of 3 hours pre-event (to meet and have a run-through) and 6 hours on the event day (04 Feb, 2026). If you are unable to attend for the full event please inform the staff team at point of acceptance.
