Fundraising Administration Volunteer

The role of the Fundraising Administration Volunteer is to support the Dorset Mind Income Generation team with administrative tasks that help our fundraising and events run smoothly. The volunteer will also assist with general office tasks that support the organisation and its services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee fundraising resources and stock, including collection tins, t-shirts, printed collateral, and organising/maintaining the store cupboard.
  • Support stewardship of fundraisers by helping with certificates of appreciation, maintaining CRM records (Beacon), and other administrative tasks. Training for Beacon and Canva will be provided.
  • Assist with events or meetings, including preparing goodie bags, ensuring roller banners, leaflets, pens, presentation stands, or gazebos are ready, as required by the team.
  • Carry out other simple office or administration tasks as appropriate to the needs of Dorset Mind’s office, services, or organisation.
  • Undertake any reasonable tasks requested by the Income Generation team, CEO, or Trustees.
