Volunteer Social Media & Communications Officer

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Volunteer Social Media & Communications Officer to help raise awareness of our charity and the support we provide to women aged 18+. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or someone looking to gain experience in social media, communications, marketing, and the charity sector. You will help create engaging content, share inspiring stories, promote events and campaigns, and strengthen our online presence to help us reach more women in need of support. Key Responsibilities Create and schedule social media content across our platforms. Develop engaging posts, graphics, and promotional campaigns. Help promote charity events, fundraising activities, and wellbeing programmes. Write clear and engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Support the development of communication strategies to increase awareness and engagement. Monitor social media activity and help respond to messages and comments where appropriate. Identify opportunities to grow our audience and increase community engagement. Work with volunteers and staff to share success stories and impact updates.
