The purpose of this role is to raise awareness of our volunteering opportunities at Guide Dogs. Without volunteers, we would not be able to support those living with sight loss in your community. The role involves working and connecting with your community and putting up our posters in your locality. As this is a micro volunteering opportunity, it is perfect for students wanting to give a little bit of time for a really big impact.
We are looking for anyone who is comfortable and confident to chat to people in their community and put up our posters in shops, on notice boards, at events etc.
All micro volunteers will receive a top tips document to ensure that they get the most out of this opportunity.
