It's a new year and lots of us want to start getting fit and healthy!
It can be difficult to keep active with limited space but we’ve put together some Fitness Fridays sessions that you can do from the comfort of your own room that use a small amount of space and materials you’ll have around the house. This week Fitness Fridays is brought to you by the BU Climbing club who have provided us with an 8 minute circuit workout – thanks Climbing (we especially like this one as it was filmed on the beach in much sunnier times!
