All About Visual Journaling

It’s me, Aishwarya

I am in my final undergraduate year in communication and media. I have been part of this university for four years now. From my personal experiences over the past year and my life, I am delighted to host this event with the support of SUBU!

Picture visual journaling as a mindfulness space where you give the freedom to yourself to let loose on the paper.

It involves collage making using different types of materials such as cuttings from magazines, cuttings from other colored papers, drawing, coloring, quilling, etc.

I will be giving you one prompt which will be the overarching theme of the session. It’s a surprise! All materials will be provided to those who join. I will be there for you throughout the session so you will take away with you a piece of your heart after you leave the space :)
