Jamie O'Hara scored a hat-trick as the Vitality Stadium held Superstar Sunday, Callum Best's charity event.

The match featured mid-game interviews with Ian Holloway, Harry Redknapp and even the linesmen. Funds were raised for Nacoa, a charity which helps children affected by their parent’s drinking, and the Cherries Community fund.

The match featured high-profile names including TV stars, YouTubers and former Bournemouth players Steve Fletcher, Simon Francis and Steve Cooper, lead by organiser and tv personality Callum Best.

The first chance of the game came when Kristen Hanby shot from long range, but Jimmy Glass tipped it over the bar.

Jeremy Lynch opened the scoring after he was played in behind and cooly slotted past former Hashtag United goalkeeper James Jackson to give Redknapp’s Rovers the lead.

Redknapp’s Rovers doubled the lead in the 30th minute after Jamie O’Hara picked up the ball, and the talksport presenter drove the ball home from 30 yards out.

The first chance of the game for the “away” side came as Liam MacDevitt, but the Bury AFC forward failed to put the ball into the open net.

Jamie O’Hara doubled his tally and set up his own ‘goal of the day’ competition as he cut inside and curled a beautiful shot into the top left corner to give his side a 3-goal lead before half-time.

Holloway’s heroes pulled one back in the 41st minute as Brett Pitman recreated his form at the Vitality Stadium, running through the defence and scoring a great goal.

Brett Pitman scored another as Simon Francis fell over and allowed Pitman to slot home past Jimmy Glass.

Early into the second half, mid-Harry Redknapp interview, Jeremy Lynch squared it to Billy Brown to make it 4-2.

Ash Hamlet was stretchered off in the 60th minute, going down and seemingly injuring his knee.

The injuries continued as in the 65th minute host Callum Best had to come off after tweaking his knee, leaving his side with a disadvantage at 14 against 12.

Jamie O’Hara secured his hat-trick with ten minutes to go, this time it wasn’t a Puskas contender as he was played through by Dean Gaffney and placed the ball into the bottom corner to make it 5-2.

Jimmy Glass proved his quality with a few stunning saves towards the end of the game.

Sam Bailey scored a goal in injury time as it finished 5-3 to Redknapp's Rovers.

At the end of the game there was a trophy presentation, with team captain and organiser Callum Best lifting the trophy.
