A delightful double from Antoine Semenyo and Justin Kluivert wonder strike secured three points for the Cherries in a dramatic 3-1 comeback win at home to Fulham.

A second-half goal from Ryan Sessegnon opened the scoring between the two sides in a game that was affected by harsh weather conditions.

Semenyo moments later pulled the score level with a delightful solo goal.

Kluivert than impressively struck his long-range effort into the top left corner to bring the Cherries ahead.

Semenyo wrapped up the three points in added time when he converted from a blistering Cherries counter attack.

There were four changes made to the side that took a point away from Elland Road.

David Brooks, Marcus Tavernier and Alex Scott returned to the starting eleven with James Hill also coming in to replace Alex Jimenez.

It was back-to-back away games for Fulham, who came into the game off the back of a 3-1 defeat away to Aston Villa.

The Cherries started the game brightly with most of the play down Adrien Truffert’s side; the Frenchman looked bright in the opening exchanges.

On the opposite flank, Hill also looked bright after being called into the starting eleven.

The game’s first real chance came inside ten minutes. Tyler Adams audaciously tried an effort from range, that just skimmed the left-hand post.

Josh King was the bright spark for Fulahm in the opening half hour, trying to break through a stern Cherries defence.

A brief stoppage in play helped break up the pattern of mis-placed passes from both teams.

Evanilson was caught on the back of his leg by Andersen which was waved away by the referee.

Andoni Iraola’s side came out strong from the half-time interval, causing the Fulham back-line some concern. Alex Scott forcing a corner early with a shot from distance after some well-worked build up play.

Cheers for a goal were shortly interrupted once the majority of the crowd at Dean Court realised an effort from Evanilson had hit the side netting rather than the back of the net.

Evanilson was once again brought down, this time in the box by Issa Diop. The centre-back caught the Brazillian on the ankle but VAR deemed the penalty call as ‘accidental’.

The 70th minute saw the game’s first goal and it was for the visitors. Samuel Chukwueze with a sublime through ball to find Ryan Sessegnon, who dinked Petrovic to find the net.

Short of the 80th minute, the Cherries had their equaliser from nowhere. Antoine Semenyo playing around with the Fulham defence.

The winger beat his man, kept the ball in play and squeezed in a delightful finish past Leno at his near post.

Minutes later, Iraola’s side were ahead. A thunderous strike from Kluivert from range rippled into the top left corner, beating Leno by a mile.

The effort came after delightful skill work by the Dutchman, who had looked bright since being substituted on.

This led to a threatening Fulham reply. Tom Cairney coming very close to scoring a brilliant goal himself. His long-range effort just wide of the top-right corner.

However, the Cherries would have the final say. A counter attack from a Fulham corner saw Ben Gannon-Doak sprint towards a helpless Bernd Leno.

A brilliant square pass to an open Semenyo was too inviting for the winger, who smashed it into the net.

The full-time whistle blew, with the Cherries securing an almighty three points.

Iraola’s side now impressively sit 2nd in the Premier League table ahead of the weekend’s fixtures.
