To register as a Student Volunteer, you only need to fill in your full details once - just click on the 'Volunteer Sign Up' button above, and then you can sign up for as many volunteering opportunities as you like! Remember that applying for volunteering opportunities is not like applying for a job and it is very likely that these charities will contact you and ask you when you can start. So please don't apply for all of the opportunities as you may not have the time to commit to lots of regular volunteer

To register as an organisation in order to advertise your volunteering opportunities on this website, click on to the Organisation Sign Up button above.  You will be asked to complete details about your organisation.  Once you have made your organisation profile on the site you have to click your name in the top right hand corner of the page and click on ‘Manage Opportunities’ where you can create adverts for your opportunities. BU students also register on this page to look for volunteering opportunities.  Once students sign up to do your opportunity you will be put in direct contact with them via email.  You must be a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation.

If you are an organisation, please note that if you are interested in student volunteers helping you to do large fund-raising events or projects please email our Raising And Giving (RAG) Student Team here.

If you have any queries about community volunteering, feel free to email us, or come and speak to our Community Team, on Floor 2, of the Student Centre, on the Talbot Campus
