Small group leader – Bourne Academy – 26th February

Wednesday 26th February - 10.15 - 11.15 and 11.35 - 12.35 Would you like to help support our young people as they explore different relationships skills such as Communication, Conflict Management, Choice, Commitment and Friendship.

Benefits to self

You gain experience with working with year students from years 8 – 11 and improve your own employability skills whilst interacting with young people and meeting them where they are in life.

Benefits to others

Helping our young people to thrive, not just survive, as they develop relationships in all aspects of life from home, school, hobbies and sport and in the future at university or in the work place as they start to think about future education or employment.

Detailed notes sent by email in advance and then training at the venue before the session starts.
