A gentle introductory course over five Wednesdays to help you stay well this winter. Meet new people online, learn simple creative techniques then get outdoors and get creative. With five ways to wellbeing in mind, the sessions have been put together by Anna Shiels (BCP Council Arts & Health) in partnership with Parks in Mind.

No specialist materials required. Suitable for all levels of experience. Session one: connect.
