The LGBTQ+ Network supports students who self-define as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Asexual, Pansexual, or otherwise identify within the LGBTQ+ umbrella.

In the past, the LGBTQ+ Network have worked on creating a housing group for LGBTQ+ Students, advocated for LGBTQ+ Sexual Health, ran successful LGBTQ+ History Month events, and supported the national ‘Give HIV The Finger’ Campaign.
If you have any suggestions or motions you would like to put forward to improve the student journey for LGBTQ+ students, please contact your LGBTQ+ Officer.

Want to help shape your community? Become a Liberation Volunteer to work with SUBU to deliver your own events and campaigns, or work with your elected LGBTQ+ Officer on events and projects.
