The President, who shall be the Club’s principal representative and be responsible for the overall development and delivery of the Club’s plans, The President will be a Club signatory and must be a full member of SUBU

The Secretary, who shall be responsible for all administrative functions of the Club, including the preparation, delivery and appropriate record keeping of all meetings, including the AGM. The Communication Officer will be a Club signatory and must be a full member of SUBU

The Treasurer, who shall be the Club’s principal representative for all financial matters and be responsible for the development of the budget and effective delivery of the financial activities of the Club, The Treasurer will present a statement of the financial position of the Club to the AGM. The Treasurer will be a Club signatory and should countersign all financial transactions, unless the payment is to them personally, and must be a full member of SUBU.

The Health & Safety Officer, who shall be the principal representative of the Club on all matters relating to safety, and be responsible for ensuring that all Club activities are properly Risk Assessed and run in accordance with any safety requirements. The safety officer may be an affiliate member of SUBU but will only be a Club signatory if a full SUBU member

The Equipment/Events Officer, who shall be responsible for securing and maintaining the equipment of the Club, and for advising the Committee appropriately on the equipment needs of the Club. Will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of all Club events. The Equipment/ Events Officer may be an affiliate member of SUBU but will only be a Club signatory if a full SUBU member
